When is it ever stated that the Mushrooms you buy in M&L come from any place but Beanbean?

Because the Bean fever is due to not being used to eating food from foreing countries. The Hyper Shroom (or whatever it was called) gave Mario the Bean Fever, yet the items sold elsewhere didn't.
There don't seem to be much mushrooms in the Beanbean Kingdom either.

There's mushrooms ALL OVER the grrr place, they pop out of blocks, enemies drop them left and right! Just because Mario wasn't used to the food doesn't mean EVERY Mushroom grown there would give him Bean Fever. For all we know, the Invincishroom had a higher concentration of some sort of substance that causes Bean Fever that other foods in the region lack.
