Uh, the idea of the Smash World being a child's mind was never confirmed as official. Stop pulling information from nowhere.
The Miis' presence is a difficult thing to explain away. I like to think Wuhu Island is located in Mario's world somewhere, but the actual nature of the Miis is a toughie. I almost want to say their our own alternate universe counterparts but that's straying too far towards Last Action Hero-style nonsense.

My money is on the Miis(and WuHu Island) being on Mushroom Earth. And the mash World was never confirmed to be in a child's mind, just like DINO said. I say Smash World is a "World between Worlds".

Maybe it is how characters like Samus show up in Mario games. They traveled through Smash World until they stumbled upon a portal to Mario's world

Okay, then it's in a floating hand's mind, if you think it sounds better. <_<

Or it's its OWN place ><

I don't see how the location of Smash Bros. is unproven. The title scene in the first SSB pretty much says it all.

That just shows Master Hand creating the world. Plus if you want to put it that way then think of it this way. All Nintendo games take place in Miyamoto's imagination.

It shows a hand playing with the "trophies". I don't know, why don't you just go and e-mail Nintendo to ask them ?

Nintendo denies any amount of canon in any game

We never know. You can still try.
It still looks awfully obvious to me that Master Hand represents the child playing with figurines (see: "trophies", or rather the characters as depicted in that world).

I would try, but I guess I'm too lazy to. I don't know is there a possibility that it could be both? That the Nintendo worlds are all made from imagination and that this new one made from a childs imagination links the other imagination thoughts?

But not only it'd weaken the Nintendo universe, it'd also contradicts what we're doing - theorizing about the Mario world as if it followed the laws of physics, except for a few things like magic.

Physics can still apply in dream worlds. You know the Mario World WAS dreamed up by someone

I'm not going to discuss the Smash World at all. I've trolled you all with my theory enough.
As for Miis, I don't think they should be canon at all. If they have to be, I'd want Wuhu Island to be far away from the Mushroom Kingdom.

Physics can still apply in dream worlds. You know the Mario World WAS dreamed up by someone Exactly not. Quoting a random drunk guy nobody knows: "Dreams are things that defy space and time themselves to allow you to live incredible, surrealistic things. Well, until you wake up, that's it." Dreams are a bunch of randomness generated by your brain. It rarely follows any logic. I think Miis are canon but are from their own planet. It somehow got taken away from its world at a point of time and ended being struck between time and space, allowing it to be accessed by any planet. Could it be related to the events of Super Paper Mario ?

The only worlds that Miis have ever appeared in are Mario's, and Nintendog's(see:Nintendogs+Cats), but I wouldn't say that they aren't found in other places... Maybe they are indirect descendants of the Ancients! Well, you never know.

Don't forget their own world (the Wii [item] series) and our world (which may be the same as Nintendogs') (Wii Party). And that it's most likely we'll see them more and more.

I just thought about it now, but what if the Miis are evil?

Considering that they're spreading to new systems and taking over games that could feature actual characters, I'd say they are.

The Wiimote has spread to the PS3 so I am sure that the Miis will soon follow
