Toadly Clinic is different from Mushroom Kingdom Hospital. But Mario doesn't work for either! There was just a few Instances where Mario put his smarts to good use, and saved the Mushroom Kingdom!

Dr. Mario's instruction booklet literally says Mario's now a doctor. Plus the "I was starting my researches this morning, as usual" lets to believe this is really his new definitive work, and he became a doctor before the game's events.

I wonder if Mario could have been working there for like a week or so just before the events of the game. If so, then I guess the next question would be why. Maybe Mario just felt like learning doctor skills, after all he dose seem like the type of person who likes to do everything, are maybe he got invited to help out, and the whole epidemic thing happening only a few days latter was just a big coincidence.

Punch-Out is on Earth, though. Plus Mario's appearance in Punch-Out was more of a cameo than anything.

Let's get back on Topic! This argument has drug-on Long enough! I mean, does it really have any Major Relevence in the Marioverse? If it's Canon, Great, if it's not, who cares! I mean, a disease in the Mushroom Kingdom that was probably nowhere near as bad as leaving the Black Death out of History Books! Well since we are here to Discuss the possibility that all Nintendo games take place in the same Universe, I suggest we do that!

An awesome 3DSWare Launch Title would be an enhanced Version of Mario Bros. Arcade, with Online(And Local Wireless) Multiplayer, Graphics comparable to NSMBWii(Yes, Wii), Wario & Waluigi should fill in the Role of P3 and P4, and an Online Leaderboard would be nice! Also, Mario would play Balanced, Luigi could Jump higher but runs Slower and Clumsier(Less Traction) than his Bro, Wario could do more Damage(Overturn 2-hit Enemies with 1-hit) but is the Slowest, and Waluigi would be the fastest Runner but is Weakest(3-hits to Overturn a 2-hit Enemy, etc.)! That would be AWESOME!

That was the biggest part of the 3DS that surprised me, IT HAS BETTER GRAPHICS THAN THE WII. Lets hope that when they make a Star Wars Battlefront for the 3DS it will actually be a Star Wars Battlefront game

Cool! Also, the intro of SMG2 pretty much proves that the Hill don't have Eyes(But Nimbus Flower Clouds do!).

The "hills with eyes and clouds with eyes" thing was part of the old-school version of the series. You know, everything before Super Mario 64. Now that they changed the universe to make it less magic and more hi-tech, they took away that. It was disturbing anyway. They kept the power-ups' eyes though.

I think it was just an Art Style, the Mushroom World is really, really Original! They have Magic, Information Age Cities, Fire Breathing Turtle Demons, Time Machines, Airships, It has succesfully Created a Fantasy World, while containing Modern Age Tech! This is something no Fantasy World has managed to pull off Succesfully. I mean, they have Tech we Don't have, yet the World is mostly Nature! This is one of the Mushroom World so!

The MW feels like our world even if it's both fantastic and futuristic. But most fantastic worlds are made to be fully fantastic. Same goes for futuristic worlds.

I was keeping that in Mind when I said most Places. The Halberd is certainly more Advanced than any Ship we've Produced in the Real World.
