Every once in a while, one would frequently get tired of seeing all the main characters show up all the time. Sure, they keep the series going, but there are other characters out there in need of just as much love.
If any obscure or forgotten Mario characters can come back, who do you think they should be? Here are my picks:
1. Prince Peasley: One of those one-timers who actually was distinctive and interesting enough to go on.
2. Rawk Hawk: I donno, he was quite cool, and seems like he could really stand out. He could make for a simple boss character. (Moreover, if Mario Party 5 could 3D it up for a few Paper Mario characters...)
3. Broque Monsieur: Guy made out of item blocks. French accent. U-N-I-Q-U-E to the max. Unique and memorable enough to make more frequent appearances.
4. E. Gadd: Okay seriously, what happened and where did he go?
This doesn't include enemy characters. They're excusable to be different with every game as is.
Those are just some of my top picks for now. I may edit this with more later.

Definately Mallow and/or Geno can be added.
In fact, anyone that ends up joining your party in any Mario RPG.
Except for Flurrie. I was horrified enough in 2D...

Welcome to the Forum, Boodestroyer! I agree with your post 100%, and, yes, MarioBro364, I agree with you too.

I would like to see Boom-boom show up again. If he was good enough to be a boss in SMB3, he's good enough to be a playable character in a spin-off.

You know I just thought of something. Is Boom-Boom the link between regular Koopa Troopas and Paratroopas? Probably not but its just an idea.

I think he might be a close relative to the Koopa Royal Family, or he could just be a General in the Koopa Army... Then again, he does share some very distinguishing traits with the Koopa King!

Boom-booms are definitely closer to Koopa royals than they are to anything else, including Clubbas, Lakitus, and Magikoopas. Acquiring wings is not an unusual mutation in Mushroom Kingdom biology.

Boom Booms are probably just high-ranked Koopa military officers, though they may have some royal power as well. They only are ever seen in forts and fleets/brigades, so they are basically a race of elite Koopas tasked with running the forts and dungeons, protecting treasuries, and leading the tanks, ships, and air-fleets. Hammer Brothers share a similar role.
Now, I think Boshi should come back. Yoshi needs a foil other than Kamek. I was thinking King Wart could be a good enemy to Yoshi...He should come back, too.

Actually, Wart should be a rival to Bowser.

Bowser already has a rival, and it's Mario.

Wart should come back sometime. So should Gadd.

Wart isn't interesting, it's your generic villain. E. Gadd really needs to come back though.

E. Gadd, for sure. I think the SMG games would've been perfect for an Gadd reappearance.

And the people at Alpha Dream completely missed their chance of putting him in Bowser's Inside Story. I mean, he was in the other two M&Ls, so why not in this one?
I personally think that they probably had him in at first, but replaced him with Toadbert.
C'mon, you gotta admit that they could both fill the role of Info Dude rather well, by boogity!

Wart was kinda funny, maybe he should have appeared in MLSS?

Wart wasn't meant to be funny, just funny-looking. Besides, he was a dream anyway.

Wart is the son of Frogfucious. You know it to be true

I was just thinking about how epic a Star Wars parody featuring Mario characters, in which Frogfucious would take on the role of Yoda.
