OK, there's obviously a difference between Miyamoto not knowing and Nintendo not knowing, and I think Nintendo of Japan does have records of all these games, they just ignore them. Rightfully.

Because Geno IS a popular brand of toy on the Mushroom World.

Yeah, I think it said that in SMRPG, so it wouldn't ruin the canon if Geno was in a Smash Bros. game(I'm sorry if you think they aren't Canon).

They AREN'T canon. It's blatant stated in Brawl (on the official website since that's where all the text is) that it takes place in a parallel world where all the Nintendo characters co-exist and fight each other day in and day out, then turn into trophies when defeated.
Besides, Captain Falcon is clearly not the same character in SSB as he is in the F-ZERO games, and I shall smite anyone who tries to claim otherwise.

Nintendo animes are like a different version of the games. Look at POKéMON (it starts exactly like the Red version but with the main character being the opposite of the game's), Hoshi no Kaabii (it starts with a different backstory) or - well, F-ZERO.

Anime Captain Falcon died, though. Superman died and he still showed up in the '06 Superman movie. Certain things come after certain other things, regardless of them being released first.

But that is NOT the game, Artemendo. If it's not stated IN THE GAME, then why should it be considered for the Canon? In my interpretation of Subspace Emissary:Adventure Mode, I found no reason to consider it non canon. It doesn't contradict anything in the main series(the EarthBound Paradox was already discussed), so why not? I admit, the Official Site stating it is a mighty blow against my Theory, but official statements have been wrong before(even ones from Nintendo, themselves).

The official site was not just a site. It was Sakurai's blog. Any information said there is the best proof you can find. Plus the two previous games strongly hint it's all in a child's imagination, and even if it was canon it'd be a dream and then it wouldn't matter. SMB2 does matter because in the end you see the real world.

But like I said, official statements HAVE been wrong before. Look at when Myamoto said that A Link to the Past was set AFTER Zelda 1&2, when the Games Manual refers to Link and Zelda as the originals "Predecessors". One of them must be wrong. Both are official statements. If they were wrong before, they can be wrong now. All I'm saying is, one of these days, Sakurai might just say "Hey, the next Smash Bros. game takes place in the Game worlds, as opposed to the World of Trophies", and while I doubt that, it would certainly be a more interesting game.

The point is, he still said Brawl takes place in a world all it's own. End of story.
Also, I'd like to clarify that the F-ZERO anime is a seperate continuity from the games. It takes place in a different year, every character looks and acts completely different, and the overarching plot is completely different.
SSB!Falcon also acts completely different from his original counterpart. If any of you have ever played F-ZERO GX you'd know he doesn't Falcon Punch at all and is actually rather passive, preferring to settle his conflicts by racing instead of fighting.

But if there is no In-game evidence, then I choose not to acknowledge it. I'm not saying official statements are always wrong, I mean, it was officially stated that Bowser kidnapped Princess Peach in Super Mario Bros... But, the game backed that up when you beat it, as you see she was being held captive in Bowser's Castle.

There's nothing to indicate that it IS canon in-game. Most of the characters act in a manner exclusive to Smash Bros., and the entire story mode DOES take place on an island unrelated to any other Nintendo game, and the characters DO turn into trophies when they die. Everything Sakurai said about is was true. What more do you WANT?

Also, I'd like to clarify that the F-ZERO anime is a seperate continuity from the games. It takes place in a different year, every character looks and acts completely different, and the overarching plot is completely different. How, exactly, is it different? Character looks are trivial and a different year just means that it took place at a different time in the character's life. I don't see how the plot is much different, considering there wasn't much of one to begin with. Also, to deny the canonicity of the anime is to deny the canonicity of two official games, F-Zero GP Legend and F-Zero Climax. SSB!Falcon also acts completely different from his original counterpart. If any of you have ever played F-ZERO GX you'd know he doesn't Falcon Punch at all and is actually rather passive, preferring to settle his conflicts by racing instead of fighting. That's called different interpretations of the same character. RPG Bowser is silly and acts as comic relief, and Galaxy Bowser is dominant and dramatic.

Galaxy Bowser didn't changed. He's trying to look mature and menacing, as he always do, but he's still as stupid and childish as ever. In the end, it even destroyed the whole universe because he didn't thought of a plan B. And in SMG2 he comes back to "normal".

In Super Mario Galaxy he was concerned about forming a massive interstellar industry to demolish a galaxy. In TTYD he was concerned with being better than Mario and only fighting him at the end because he was obligated to, being the final boss of most games.

Seriously shadowgoomba, play through all the F-ZERO games then watch all of the F-ZERO anime, then try and tell me they're both set in the same continuity.
That's like trying to say that Ultimate Spider-Man and the original Amazing Spider-Man are part of the same continuity. They were very obviously meant to be different.

To demolish a gala- wait, what ? His plan was to make his new empire at the center of the universe, and from there to take over the whole universe. Basically, it's just his usual "conquer-the-world" plan, but to a greater scale. In TTYD he wanted to get the Crystal Stars to take over the world (duh) and get Peach back. Because Peach was kidnapped, he took it as a personnal matter and didn't took his army with him. I don't see how one contradicts the other.

Bowser's plans changing is nowhere near as drastic of a chance as SSB!Captain Falcon and F-ZERO!Captain Falcon.
F-ZERO is a series with some sense of continuity (especially in F-ZERO GX) so this type of change is considerably more jarring than a difference in Bowser's portrayal.

Look, the Anime's continuity is arguable also(seeing as Falcon dies), and how is the character in FZero, different from his Character in SSB. Also, no one "dies" in SSBB, the trophy thing during the Mario-Kirby fight could easily be explained via SMBMaster's(or MB364, I can't remember) theory, or a number of different ways. And the rest of Supspace Emissary involves the Trophy Gun(or DeDeDe's Hammer, lol). And the end of the game they were turned into Trophies by Tabuu, the one who MADE the Trophy guns! As you were saying?
