I guess they realized that the Mushroom Dimension needed them more than this dimension.

On a differnt note, In my vast story of fitting tons of things together I have come up with the conclusion of why Rapheal the Ravens castle is in air. If you have the guide (with maps) you can see the long strech of blocks nearly reaching the icey cliff platforms. Those blocks might be fondations that went deep into the snow and ice. The reason why it was in the air is because Kamek got pissed and tried to make sure any intruders would have a hard time getting in the castle. I.E. the main hero in my story. The castles vertical shape and those spinning log things show that the castle had some kind of purpose. Either the spinning logs are keeping the castle floating, or generators for the snow storm over Yoshi's Island. In my story a massive storm was made over Yoshi's Island. Its not natural because Yoshi's Island is tropical and not even very high up. And because SMW is almost the only game where Mario doesn't have a ice world. Dinosaur Land is a tropical paradise, all of it, so snow doesn't really fit in the picture.

Can you post any pictures? I'm having a hard time visualizing this, as it's been years since I've played Yoshi's Island.

That seems plausible. After all, Bowser's castle has taken flight on multiple occasions.
Speaking of Raphael the Raven, is he really suppose to be the same individual found in both SMW2 as well as PM?

I think it's possible. Maybe ravens in the Mushroom Dimension have a very long lifespan.

Raheal really could be a child in Yoshi's Island.
And he's like, octupled his size in Paper Mario.

I can't remember how big they were; I need to play both the games again.

Rapheal is about as big as Yoshi and in PM HUGE compared to Mario.

Um, to add on you know the level Shifting platforms ahead the one right before Rapheal? At the end there's a large stone structure surrounded by those stone platforms. I think that structure was used for something and it is connected to Rapheals castle by the wood bridge ( very beggining of Rapheal level ).

I think the goombas are just mindless monsters some actually are very intellegent like the goombas in paper mario that help you those would be the ones that make towns i dont think goombas ever lived in the mushroom kingdom and they created way to many spoofs of enemies on paper mario you have goombas, koopas, boos, those things that shock you on super mario, and every other enemy

It's actually a fact, though, that any Goombas fighting for the Koopas defected from the Mushroom Kingdom. I think it says it in a game manual somewhere.

He's right. In the original SMB manual it states that goombas are actually defectors from the Mushroom Kingdom. That explains why communities of benign goombas still exist (ala Paper Mario) seemingly within Mushroom Kingdom territory; they just never defected.

What about Koopas? Some of them are loyal to Bowser while some of them live within the Mushroom Kingdom.
