Also, they showed off the multiplayer facet: the extra players just control extra star pointers.

And in the new trailer there was a special mushroom that turns you into bee-mario.

I'm assuming it's just America, since that's where E3 takes place.

Yeah, no announcement for Europe or Japan. Not that I personally care, but others really hate it.
And Mario gets a Boo costume as well. Tongue included.

I like how they boo Mario a big nose. I didn't even know boos had noses...

I don't really care either as I don't own any of the consoles released after the N64, which was the last one I bought. How is Mario going to fit into a Boo costume, he is small and Boos are big and obese-like.

It's like he transforms into a boo when he picks up this item.

He then gains the ability to float through walls. Plus he still has a mustache in boo form.

If I recall the black holes in some planets are like the bottomless pits. Eh? Since when are black holes in planets? Black Holes are actually remains of a dead star whose gravity is so strong that light cannot escape.

Most of them are. I assume the ones in Galaxy that emulate bottomless pits are extremely small (say, smaller than a fingernail).

It's not the pit that kills you, it's the landing. The further up you are, the more likely you are to die when you hit the ground. Also, as I said in the "air in space'' thread, Mario can't fall everywhere, just certain places. And from what I've seen, black holes are involed when he can fall. I don't know if that's true, as Mario will die when he is using a Starman. I just thought that it was an icredibly steep pit (Like the inside of a soda can) that he has no hope of climbing back up.

Yes, they're so strong because they are compacted into singularities, making the densest thing in the universe by far.

Maybe Mario dies when using a starman because the starman runs out befor hits the ground. They just show him dieing sooner to save time. Btw, in SM64 you could fall any distance without getting hurt by using the power of the stars. But Mario would still lose a life if he fell off the stage. Maybe that power also runs out.. :/
