What I mean is that ? Blocks are probably natural occurrences of nature in the Mushroom World. May seem strange, but I've heard stranger there.

Yeah we are talking about a world where turtles talk, you can walk on clouds, flowers give you fire power, 2-D water contains oxygen but 3-D water doesn't, and Dinosaurs come out of their eggs with saddles and shoes already on. We have seen stranger for sure.

FUN FACT:The Winged ?-Blocks in SMG2 chirp like a Bird. Also, I agree with Shadow Goomba, they are probably natural occurences, that people use for Storage. Either that or Magic.

They do? Well Broque is a living block, perhaps there are others as well.

A possibility is that the Ancients (who created the worlds and populated them) may have created the Warp Pipes and Blocks. After all they did make "everything", and they were said to own a very advanced technology.
It'd also appears blocks may be alive objects (not counting the ones made at the Beanbean Kingdom). Broque Monsieur is a living block, same goes for his dog. The blocks of Dinosaur Island have eyes (but it doesn't count, as it's for the "cute" effect) and Bloque Monsieur is angry against Mario because he "kills" Blocks. And, obviously, the chirping ? Blocks.

If all the blocks are alive, does that make Mario a mass murderer?

I don't think that they're alive, but the Winged ones do Chirp. It was probably just thrown in the game for fun.

They could be alive but have a very low level of intelligence, even lower than bugs' or fishes'. And blocks such as Blocats (or whatever they're called in US, I'm talking about the cat blocks of M&L3) or Broque Monsieur may be blocks with an higher form of intelligence (much like with humans and monkeys, or Evoglobins and Emoglobins).
And, if they are not alive, they are surely not magic. M&L1 basically proven they were very high technology. Also, in Japan folklore, magic originally originates from the Moon, yet in Mario games note how there are almost no Blocks on the Moon. What is sure is that they're not manifestation of magic or whatever. Power-ups ARE magic, though.

Idk Why, but that just made me think of a Question! Did the two Toads really come with the Mario Bros. on their Adventure in NSMBWii? Or was it just Mario and Luigi? I'll let others answer before I state my Opinion!

Of course the two Toads came with them. They are seen in the opening and ending cutscenes, plus they are playable throughout the entire course of the game.

The cutscene does show them going with the bros. but I doubt they were much help.

Like I've stated earlier, one of the things I love about the 2D Mario games, is that I get to use my Imagination more than you do with the 3D ones(I actually think the 3D Games are the Best, though). For example, I like to think Mario just gets from Point A to Point B, I like to think his games are more of an Adventure, perhaps he talks to People on his Journey, or maybe they use a Boat or Train, have the ever hid on an AirShip? To me, this kind of stuff just makes the Game all the more Enjoyable! Maybe I'm just thinking to much into Things, but i like it that way! Anyway, what if the Toads stored Items for the Bros., or maybe one of them knew how to track Airships. I'm not saying those are the things they did, but I'd Imagine they where there for Support, not Adventuring/Platforming as the Game depicts them!

No, you're not thinking too much. Quoting Nintendo: "We don't explain all things to leave the player use its imagination." So basically Nintendo WANTS us to think, make theories, wonder things and imaginate stuff about the Mario series. The people who despise "Mariology" (or rather Nintendology) are the ones who must be mocked.

Anyways I just thought of something. Blue and Yellow Toad are cannibals they must have digested over 200 mushrooms throughout the course of NSMBWii

Toads aren't just evoluted fungus. They became a whole different species, part mammal part fungus. So it makes even more sense (or even less nonsense).
