Where is there endless supply of spiny's from? Why does their clouds have faces? And why do all the clouds in general have a face?

I'd say the Lakitus must have some kind of transporter with them--something that could instantly transfer a spiny to the Lakitu. Either that or magic. The clouds' faces are due to them being living. In the Paper Mario series we see many clouds that are alive; they probably have a mutual relationship with the Lakitus.

Possibly wind elementals that the Lakitus had summoned? After all, the Koopa Klan is profficient with black magic.

Well, to me they look similar to the cloud creatures in the PM series. I guess they could be something different.

Yeah the Ruff Puffs. And lets not forget that one guy from Tall Tall Mountain in M64 that blew wind. Plus the guy that stikes lighting to the area in Wario Land.

I don't think they're a breed of Puff because their facial expression matches that of the Lakitu riding it.
I assume the Lakitu needs to be around for it to exist, because in Yoshi's Story, they dissapear after maybe 20 seconds after you get rid of the owner.

The jugem cloud is the name of the power up in SMB3 that allows you to skip a leve. Actually, jugem means lakitu in Japanese, so it's really just saying "lakitu's cloud"

Yea, they just didn't have a cloud for some reason.
One of the levels is called Lakitu's Wall.

They're also seen in the water. I belive the only level that they appear there is naval Pirahnah fort.

In Super Princess Peach there is an enemy very similar to a Lakitu. He's blue, and I'm not sure if he's new.

I was always under the assumtion that lakitus used tuff puffs, or a least something closely related to tuff puffs. As for fishn' boos, no I think it's different, their clouds have no face...maybe it's a dead cloud or somthing...

That would make sense. Since Fishn' Boos are spooky and all, they probably desire a cloud to match. Very likely they animate dead Tuff Puffs and control them through magic.
