Yoshis might be primitive, but they aren't stupid. I'm sure they could find a food sorce and bake cookies.

Yoshis have opposable thumbs. What they don't have is any kind of stove (they probably have a fieplace, but you can't bake cookies with one) or any of the ingredients such as flour needed to bake cookies. Yoshis wouldn't take the time to farm them or create an oven when there are more fun things to do. Plus, they couldn't have gotten the knowledge to bake cookies from nowhere.

Then where did rest of us get the knowlege to bake cookies?

Probably an accident. Most of the ingenious creations we humans make are due to our own stupidity.

So why couldn't the yoshis learn the same way?

Because the oven wasn't an accident, and the Yoshis have never built one, and the ingredients aren't available to them.

How do you know that?
|
|
|

Because they wouldn't want to farm or invent things when they could be doing fun things or eating fruit.

They could have gotten the knowledge from toads. Yo'ster isle isn't that far from the mushroom kingdom right?

Actually, I think it was very far as it can only be accessed by Warp Pipe. That also doesn't explain their nonexistant patience or workable land needed to farm.

They are just cookies. It's not like they need a whole lot of land to farm a whole lot of wheat just to make some cookies..Besides, for all we know, the cookies could be made out of berries and dirt or something........

Cookies won't bake proporly if made with those things. Besides, I think in PM: TTYD, Goombella said they had just a hint of fruit, meaning their main ingredient can't be berries. It doesn't matter about the wheat thing, Yoshis wouldn't waste time farming when fruit is equally delicious to them. And they make a lot of cookies. At one point had had about two hundred in storage, all from Yo'ster Isle. And, yes, a game called Yoshi's Cookie was released for the NES, SNES, and Game Boy in 1992, which Bejewled stole the idea from. A very fun and neglected game...

Yoshi cookies are the yoshis most favorite food, even better than melons. They would like to eat them now and than, I'm sure yoshis are patient enough to make delishious cookies.

I geuss so, but there a ton of cookies on that very small island. To make hundreds of cookies with very little farmland seems like an impossibility.

Yoshi Cookies could be extremely long-lasting...

What? It doesn't matter how long an individual cookie lasts, as hundreds of cookies are made every day.

They are? Will someone explain what you do exactly in this game, and what it has to do with cookies....

You race, and bet cookies instead of money. The more you win, the more cookies you earn, to the point of getting hundreds. You can then use them as an item in battle, or you can feed them to a Yoshi kid to get varied effects.
