The Black Hole could be real, it is just some distance away from World 6, and it is REALLY BIG.

But it isn't seen in the ending. If it was destroyed it should've made a supermassive explosion or something, like in SMG.

Maybe Bowsers Galaxy Generator was at the heart of it, but the crazy Red and and Black spinning Death was just going around it!

So, the Starship court from Mario Sports Mix (you know, the Final Fantasy one) is located near the Mushroom Earth, and you can clearly see multiple moons (at least two of them). So I believe that the "multiple moons" thing became a continuity fact.

So would that mean that Mario Sports Mix happened after SMG2?

Why would it happen before SMG2 if it was released after it ?

Release date doesn't necessarily mean Timeline date.
Example: It's obvious that the M&L games happened after Luigi's Mansion, with the appearance of Mr. Gadd.
Sunshine, on the other hand, could have happened at any time, seeing as how Gadd only makes an indirect cameo appearance.
Of course we, as the player, knew who Gadd was because Luigi's Mansion was released first, but that doesn't necessarily mean that Mario knew.

In a series as simple as the Mario series, it does. Not that theories can't say otherwise, but until somehting official counterdicts it, the games happen in the order they are released, simply because it makes it more simple. Except for a few instances (NSMBW happening right before SMG1, for instance) where a game is officialy placed after another one.
Well, that's my view of the thing at least.

....Where and when does it say that NSMBWii happens before SMG?

Doesn't I don't think it does, because Bowser would want to at least use his 7 other kids in SMG/2.

It's heavily hinted by the fact Peach recites her letter from the intro of SMG1 during the credits of NSMBW. It's not directly stated SMG1 happens after NSMBW, but there must be a reason for why it's hinted.

Maybe she's re-reading it with Mario next to her for romantic memories and junk.

She then gets stopped by Bowser (who's trying to prevent her from going too far into her letter and thus starting Super Mario Galaxy's intro ?), so I don't think she's reciting it while next to Mario.

Maybe. IDR the letter in either game.

When does Peach read a letter to Mario at the end of NSMBWii?

Uh....that's not actually IN the game. That's just a sound clip on that track for whatever reason.

Yeah... its barely audible. And they also have Mario Kart Wii sound effects in there.

Yeah... its barely audible. Are you kidding me ? That means that the clip is part of the track. The track is in the game, last time I checked. But, hey, let's stop talking about that because you'll end up going angry anyways. So... yeah, the MK's moons. I wonder if we'll see them at night in a game, or if we'll still see a single moon.
