The underground area Valley of Bowser could have already been there, and Bowser just made it his own. Part of it is connected to the Vanilla Dome, Donut Plains, and Chocolate Island.
That leads me to believe it's already been there.
The huge Bowser rock face that comes out was made along with the tunnel for it leading to the valley.
Not sure why I made this topic but if you have anything to discuss about it feel free.

The Vanilla Dome is underground and you can see a stream going around a corner and out of sight to the right. In the Valley the stream also moves out of sight, but on the left side. That could be the same stream.

I heard somewhere that the island that contains donut plains, vannila dome, cookie mountain, and the forest of illushion is called cookie island.

Yea. And ther's also one called vanilla island. They might be in the same place. But I think they might also be somewhere close to dinosaur land. Maby North. Or are they part of dinosaur land. Dose anyone know? There are a few Ice levels in the vally of bowser, could they be conected to the vanill island and lake.

Lake and dome are though.

The only other vinilla-ralated thing I know of is the top of the Vanilla Dome is somtimes refered to as Vanillia Hights, but that's not snowy.
