Really they just describe the boxes. In fact, they aren't even sure what exactly they're made out of. So they couldn't have made them.

Right, they just study them there. I doubt they would have been able to spread them all over the Mushroom World if they had made them.

Maybe POW stands for "Power Of Wave"? As in sesmic wave. Whoa.... Hmm mabey. I like the idea of that. I also think the different types are different models. The POW blocks also may be attached to the ground by some kind of force, so when they get hit, the charge goes through the gound and creates an earthquake-like attack. |
