So, new trailer!
One of the first things I thought about upon seeing the cherry power-up is "hey, this could explain how we can have duplicate characters in online Mario Kart!" Is something wrong with me?

This trailer makes the game look soooo much more fun. I mean, it looked fun before, but I wasn't too jazzed about it basically looking like a 4-player version of 3D Land. The sheer amount of new stuff shown in the trailer made me genuinely excited for the game. The new World Map is probably my favorite thing shown so far. It actually does something completely new, something that's never been done before. It's about time the Mario platformers started giving us surprises like that again. Heh, that's actually pretty funny. It also possibly explains how there's two of each character on the boxart.  |

This looks great. It kinda makea me regret not having a wiiu. It looks like Nintendo has finally found the perfect balance between open world platformer and linear platformer that was still a bit off in the Galaxy games. I'm still a little unsure about that whole "cat" thing though... Oh, and I totally have to draw Bowser's new ride. That thing looks awesome  |

Rosalina's appearance is confirmed.
This game is looking to be absolutely amazing. I really hope it is, so that the Wii U finally has a decent enough lineup to justify its purchase (Nintendo Land, Super Mario 3D World, Wonderful 101, and Pikmin 3... Yeah that sounds pretty good.)

Also Luigi Bros. mini-game.
I'm still unsure about the game... Sometimes it looks amazing, sometimes it just looks like 3D Land with slighty bigger levels.

It's the multiplayer aspect that hooks me. I'm sure the levels will be no more unique than any of the Mario platformers since New Super Mario Bros Wii, but having it in 3D is a really awesome concept. If they milk it it'll probably get old quickly, but at least for this one game, it'll be awesome.
