Not mine. The DS can detect the computer and the computer can (sorta) detect the DS but I can never get them to connect.

You become a one-star when your lowest ranking on ALL cups is a single star. Therefore, a two-star is someone who's earned at least two stars on every cup, and...
Mission Mode ranks might have something to do with it, too; but I don't think so.
