So I decided last week to play Luigi's Mansion for a bit and noticed that Luigi is kind of missing chunks of skin. He has greyish or transparent blobs on random places of his body, mostly on his face and gloves. I checked some other videos of people playing Luigi's Mansion to see if this was just something normal about the game I overlooked, but none of the Luigis look like mine. Note that I have used Action Replay a while back on this game while on the first save slot, but I tried every save slot and he looks the same on them all. I must have tried an "infinite money" code because my money does not go down from the maximum amount even when coins come out of Luigi when he is injured. Also, I did NOT start the game up with Action Replay during this session. I wonder if Action Replay was powerful enough to ruin my whole game disc.
I will be posting a video of this soon, and will update this topic when it is posted.

From what I've heard, Action Replay can ruin a whole game if you use codes that are not 100% safe. Stuff like playing as Master Hand in Melee can really glitch up your game

Oh man. Well, I'll try to use a different memory card to see whether my game is totally messed up or just those saves. Here's the videos... I know they are horrible quality, but I think you can see enough of the distortion. youtu.be/jHfAcnvV-rQIn this one, you can see the grey spots on the lower right cheek (from Luigi's point of view). Here's all the videos I took in a playlist. www.youtube.com/user/theblueskiesyonder#grid/user/AF41A6AE0B279CE3

I honestly can't see wait you're talking about in the videos, but I'll take your word for it...

Luigi's cheek and lower face have lots of grey spots. Sorry, I know the videos are hard to see.

In this video you can clearly see the grey spots.

I'll see it occasionally flicker on during this video. I have no idea, but at least it isn't a terrible glitch.

Yeah, I found it more interesting than terrible or anything. I've never seen something happen like that after the AR has been turned off.
