About recurring locations in the Mario series and how they change in each game? I'd have details on how each version of Bowser's Castle, or Toad Town, or Peach's Castle, or Yoshi's Island, or even Wario areas like Diamond City are different and alike in each game they appear in, charting how the geography of each seems to vary wildly from game to game.
Is this a good idea for an article? You could have quite a few neat pictures and comparison diagrams and what not...

Sounds like a neat idea. I personally know everything you would be writing about ^^' but I'm sure other people would find it a good read.

I have some of my own maps and my own details on MK and related areas geography written down and think its a brilliant idea although I don't go to Waluigious.. Like for example, I have Shiver City, Frappe Snowland and Cool, Cool, Mountain all in the Ice World and other similar things.

Totally should. I had a topic on here about 2 years ago about the same thing, like with the Mario Karts, SMRPG, and Paper Mario.
