Fan Yay: Bowser has more gay fans than any other character, including Mario. He is also a Bara icon.

Now, I don't know any gay Mario fans, so I can't really verify this bit of information but... I still don't get what people see in Bowser specifically. And for the people wondering, apparently 'bara' means an anime/manga genre made by gay and bisexual men for... you can probably guess, because like almost all written works, it's for people with the same interests as the author, apparently emphasising manly/muscular characters with some degree of fat.

It's neat if it's true, but is it true? Is anyone willing to possibly lose all sanity and figure out whether it is true. And I wonder if the same community thinks similar of characters like Wario...

The blue one isn't the third planet, it's the first. And the second is Saturn-like. It's not a reference to our solar system at all.
