Seems to make sense to me. The car and money bag may be fancy, but it's still not a castle. Then when he gets the money from WL4 (and probably Shake It and Master of Disguise too), he uses it to fund Wario Ware, Inc., buy his motorcycle, and such. From there, he'll go and get his castle. Because while a business may be swanky, it would only be able to pay for itself and he wouldn't be able to live in a fancy castle just yet. Seems to make sense.

I'd say that Mario wised up and Invested his money in things like Wario Stadium, Wario's Gold Mine, Wario's Factory, and, of course, WarioWare MicroGame Corporation! His Castle is probably in the County-side of the Jewelry Kingdom, and his House is in Diamond City(Which I believe to be in Jewelry Kingdom)! Wario still keeps his Possesions, but Invest some to make more Money! Thats my thought anyway, he's a Multi-Millionaire! As for Master of Disquise, however, it either is Non-Canon, OR it takes place after Captain Syrup steals his Treasure in Wario Land Shake It, so Wario makes more money in the Long-run!

Why'd Mario pay things for Wario ? <_> (I know it was a typo)
Wario's really greedy though. I think he uses the least money possible for his kart and tennis courses.

Well, they may have been real Factories/Gold Mines that Wario charged the Kingdom to use as Courses.
