Well someone's gotta be the villian, since it's not Bowser apparently. But he does set his minions on fire and toss them at enemies. As well as punching boulders to death.

Yes, hearing about this makes me want to do the happy dance ;D Hopfully it will be more like Superstar Saga than PiT (SS was the better of the two in my opinion) Apparently, it involves alot of Bowser swallowing people whole...

Well someone's gotta be the villian, since it's not Bowser apparently. I'm sorry, I must have missed the part that had Bowser teamed up with Mario+Luigi. Maybe you get to play part of the game as Bowser?

It seems like you get to play as Bowser from inside Bowser . I think it's more like PM2, where Bowser is doing his own thing and eventually his story merges with the Marios. I have yet to see any screens of Bowser and Mario fighting somone at the same time.

I doubt it'd happen, but it would be awesome to play as the Mario Bros. and as Bowser extensively in one game, but still have Bowser be the main villian. Anyway, the best we have is some enemies' resemblence to Fawful.

Hmm, graphics seem unchanged from PiT, but hopefully this game is more like SSS.

I really don't see what the big vendetta against Partners in Time is. Personally, I liked it better because just having two people fight grew tiresome to me. The original is funnier, I'll agree, but Partners in Time seems better as a game to me.

Maybe the problem was that is was too linier, or the aformentioned lack of funiness, or that bros items made it too easy... All I know is that it took me a week to beat SSS's final boss, and I beat PiT's on the first try.

That's true, I suppose, but easy RPG's can normally be forced to be harder if you choose. Like Elder Princess Shroob. If you only use items that target one part of her, she becomes a good challenge rather than just pelting her with Mix Flowers. As for its linear gameplay, I like it better for a game like this because since you always know where to go, there is no need for empty or nearly empty space.

Hey, major characters based around Mario enemies. That's pretty cool. It looks like they're taking a hint from the Paper Mario series, which is not a bad thing at all. And yeah, that Fawful, along with the enemies that look like him, are pretty heavy evidence that he's the main villain this time around (excluding a possible last-minute switch, of course).

Yep Fawful's definately in there (what is he doing this time, realizing he was selling stuff to his worst enemies as babies and now seized Jim Carey's brain and Yoda's coffee)

Most likely he'll be plotting revenge against the red and green of which fill him with fury.
