They seem to be the same person put maybe Big Boo is just Boolossus

In SM64DS, probably considering he wears a crown.
Then, by extension, SM64 has a high chance as well.
Mario Pinball Land also seems likely.
There's also a chance that the Boo Luigi fights in Round 2 of Boxing in Game & Watch Gallery 4 is him.
...As is the Boo that Bowser summons with his Terrorize attack in SMRPG.
SMW is possible I suppose, but not necessarily because Bigger Boo proved that giant Boos aren't always him.
The other Big Boos, such as those in SMRPG, Yoshi's Island, Yoshi's Story, and the Big Blue Boos are obviously not him.
But none of these are Boolossus definitely, as they aren't as big and they can't be split. Boolossus, however, is most likely of the Atomic Boo species, even though he's the strongest one, as he is bigger and only made out of fifteen Boos as opposed to 201. (The ones in SPM are much weaker, however, so they probably have lesser numbers.)

but maybe those Big Boos can seperate but you just never see them doing it because, if you remember Boolossus had to be popped to be split up, but maybe those other big boos are just atomic boos

No, Boolossus is probably an Atomic Boo. They both split up. And it's pretty easy to get them out of there for the most part, as seen in the Thousand Year Door.

I never said Boolossus wasn't an Atomic Boo I was just trying to say he is the strongest because it only takes 15 boos to make him

Well, I don't think the other ones are Atomic Boos either. Just big ones. I'd have to see some time when they separate to be convinced.
