Somewhat forced by the Luigi's Mansion topic that had nowhere to go, I created this area to discuss continuity errors and to house debates over what's canon. Once I get a list of all Mario games in existance, I'll post a sticky that contains our current list of what's canon and what's not.

Also, what is fan fiction.
Like Luigi and Daisy as a couple, unless there really is something in one of the recent games showing this it's not cannon.
The Bros. being from Brooklyn. They've been to earth sure but there's really no clear facts of them living there (hurts to say the truth).

Well, it depends on whether the show and comics are canon or not. I think this is a blurry area, but I'm in favor of maintaining the existing origins theory. I believe it was confirmed at some point by an official source, wasn't it?
