Is there like a website with a video or something?

Go to google video and type in Super Mario Galaxy, scroll down untill you find the "07" video.
The dinosaur is near the end of the video, you'll know it when you see it.

I think only one species grows into a navel piranha. After all, dandelions wilt and die after releasing their seeds, and since their method of reproduction is the closest to Piranha Plants, why shouldn't they?

Reason 1:Because the piranah plant that turned into naval piranh plant was the same type as all the other piranah plants in the game wich are exactly the same as the ground piranah plants in YI2.
Reason 2:The nipper dandelion creats the same type of nipper spores and nipper plants that naval piranah makes.
Reason 3:I don't think dandelions will wither if you leave them in the ground.

Maby jumping nipper plants and jumping piranah plants are in the same growing cycle. Not that I think about it, it seems obvious.

So what if the Piranha Plant that Naval Piranha grows from looks the same as other Piranha Plants? Some animals will have a juvenile form that looks extremely similar to the adult form of another thing. (Insects, mostly.)
