"I hope she made lotsa spaghetti!" was predicted in 1993? Well, that's weird.

I'm surprised I've never heard of that game. Nice.

And I thought I had heard about all of the Mario games that wanted to be forgotten

It's not a Mario game. It stars a big-nosed, mustached guy with a green cap who is called Luigi but is NOT the Mario brother by the same name. Total coincidence there, guys!

If it wasn't the manual, I think it may have been the official guide. I have a few scans of the 1st three chapters. It gives a little quote from each kid along with some information. I recall it saying that Morton is one of the older kids (though it doesn't give a number) I would give anything to be able to read that whole guide T_T I'll try to find the pictures I have later. One the topic of age, I always ordered them based on size and personality. From youngest to oldest I thinks it should be Larry, Lemmy, Iggy, Wendy, Morton, Roy, Ludwig. EDIT: here's the site: nintendope.iodized.net/smb3/strat.phpLarry:http://nintendope.iodized.net/smb3/16.php Morton:http://nintendope.iodized.net/smb3/24.php Wendy:http://nintendope.iodized.net/smb3/34.php I have the official guide and it specifically states that Larry is the youngest and Ludwig is the oldest. Koopalings: nintendope.iodized.net/smb3/09.phpLudwig: p. 72 "I combine all the attacks ov my younger brothers and sister--I am the ultimate Koopaling!"

Yes, if we trust the guide, then it seems like Lemmy's Land was right all along, but as mentioned in this topic, there are some things that just don't fit with the order given. Also, an official guide is still not canon.

I've always just reconciled the whole thing by assuming all the Koopalings are the same age.

I assumed they where all born at the same time, but I determine what order they where born in based on how hany teeth they have, and their size.

Here are all quotes from them in the US manual: Larry sez: "We took 7 wands from the 7 kings. Each of us has one. Our father has instructed us to protect the wands." If those wands were stolen, then what about the wands they use in NSMBW? What about magikoopa wands? That confuses me slightly as in SMB3, the wands were stolen yet they have wands in NSMBW and the magikoopas have wands too. Why would they need to steal the wands from the 7 kings if they already have wands of their own? Well it has been stated in the show and other sources, plus he is the only one with a deep voice in NSMBW It wasn't stated in the show that Ludwig was the oldest. I read somewhere that according to the show, Roy is the oldest although that isn't confirmed either. All we know from the show is that Iggy and Lemmy are the youngest and Wendy is 16. Larry and Ludwig were stated as being the youngest and oldest in the SMB3 manual. The rest of them were never given any order. I've not actually seen the instruction manual, although I have played SMB3 and have owned SMAS but never had the manual. Does the manual really say that Ludwig is the oldest and Larry the youngest? The Mario Wiki says that it does, and it also describes how it is implied that their order of birth goes along with the order that they are fought in in SMB3. I actually have a SMB3 manual lying around my house somewhere, I might try to look for it. Apparently, they were given different ages in the cartoons. Just because Mariowiki says it doesn't prove anything. You can say anything on Mariowiki or any of the other wiki sites, doesn't mean it's fact. Yes, if we trust the guide, then it seems like Lemmy's Land was right all along, but as mentioned in this topic, there are some things that just don't fit with the order given. Also, an official guide is still not canon. Agreed. My personal theories on this is that Lemmy is the youngest and either Ludwig or Roy are the oldest. Ludwig certainly is mature like most if not all the koopalings. That's my opinion anyway.

Don't forget that all that was just to distract Mario and Luigi while Bowser would kidnap Peach.

Yup, they just had to get Mario to leave Toad Town long enough for Bowser to launch his attack. So they attacked the Eastern Regions of the Mushroom Kingdom, and it worked.

They waited quite a long time before actually kidnapping Peach though... I guess Bowser needed time to make all of his fleets and tanks that would patrol his base.

That's not confusing at all. The Koopalings stole the wands in SMB3, but in NSMBW, they have their own wands. It's not hard to understand.

Yeah, they just decided that it was too much work to steal the wands, so they had King Dad craft them up for them.

It's a possibility that they stole the Wands in NSMBWii, it just doesn't show Mario return them, but this is wishful thinking at best.

They just use the same kind of wands the magikoopas use. They look exactly the same.

Well, then they're Magikoopa wands. I still don't see how that is confusing.

What's confusing is why they needed to steal the wands in SMB3 if they already had their own wands.
