Bowser likes Peach cus she's fine. It's a hopeless cause for Bowser to do anything nice to Peach to get her affection.
Bowser wishes Peach liked him.
Peach likes Mario.

It's supposed to be that it's an event so wrong and so unlikely to happpen that it could tear the universe apart. It more of a joke than anything. Kind of like the whole "dividing by zero will make the unverse end" joke.
