Are you trying to use a pre-made icon, or are you trying to import one from your PC?
And in regards to posting the sprite comic, if you could use an external link and just post the URL it would be appreciated.

Ok, to change your picture, go into your profile settings and scroll down to the area where you pick your icon. There's a little box that says something like "I have my own icon", and you need to make sure that you click the box so there's a little green check mark in it. Then in the bar next to it, just copy and paste the name of the picture that you want to have.
And for your sprite comic, it sounds to me like you're just trying to type it in by hand. Copy and pasting would work much better.

About Subcon: I think it was a place Mario dreamed of, but for some reason (possibly related to what happened in Kirby's world), dreams went haywire and materialized. Mario's dream came true and Subcon was brought into existence.

The Subcon's and all their magical sleeping magic made Mario dream the " long stairs, we need help " dream. Then made a doorway to Subcon by where Mario was picnicing the next day.
The comic that I hope will be posted soon should explain the ending of the game.

I'm working on it. I really do want to avoid posting direct images onto the board for fear of how much bandwith we have. But if it comes down to it, I suppose I can make an exception this one time.

Dreamland and subcon...I never realized that! Still, I believe the SSB series never really took place in the history of any Nintendo unvierse. I alos like that idea of ShyGuys coming from Yoshi's Island. It's sounds plausible and it would expalin why they wear thoes masks. Subcon could be entirely a dream. Or if it is real, maybe somehow a portal opened between Sucon and Yoshi's Island a long time ago and ShyGuys moved betweent he worlds.

That sounds good, but personally I like the idea of Subcon being a dream turned reality rather than it always being a real place.

Yeah, if anything I'd go with that one too.

Hmm, I'm trying but I can't see why.
How can it be a dream turned real, I've forgoten almost all the Kirby quantum physics.

Yeah, we need to get a Kirby expert in here to give us some background on the earlier Kirby games.

That, or we could just do research. ^_^
I'll go ahead and start looking for stuff, but I'm betting we're not gonna get much out of the Kirby games in terms of physical laws, lol.

Hmm, Subcon ( meaning all those small islands and landforms ) could be anywhere on Kirbys star planet.
Mabey they creatures in the Subcon area don't mingle with the surrounding areas.

I'm thinking it's on Mushroom Earth; the effects of the star rod's being stolen (I think that's what caused it) were far-reaching enough to make Mario's dream a reality too.

What are you talking about?
Paper Mario? That Star Rod?
PM happened after the Subcon incident.

We don't necessarily know that.

There's a star rod (or so I've been told) in the Kirby games, and I was also told that it was stolen in one game.

In Paper Mario the Star Rod was stolen from the Star Spirits by Bowser. I have no knowledge of Kirby's Star Rod. Yes, PM happened after SMB2. By about 13 years.
