I figured it all out with this official map and a bit of imagination.

Onett = Oregon
Twoson = Arizona
Peaceful Rest Valley = Colorado River
Threed = Louisiana (Zombies, Voodoo, Humid)
Grapefruit Falls = Missouri (Caves)
Fourside = New York

Winters = England/Scotland
Summers = France (Based off the Côte d'Azur, one character says he pronounces "hotel" like "'otel")
Toto = Greece (Mediterranean architecture, big ports, sailing music)

Dalaam = China/India
Scaraba = Egypt

Deep Darkness = Brazil/Peru (Rainforest climate, Electric Eels, you crossed the ocean via submarine to get there.)
