Pokemon Trainer isn't really stunning when you think about it. You're basically playing just as the Pokemon themselves with the ability to switch between them.

That being said, it makes Smash Bros. less of a Nintendo museum and more of a Nintendo party. Variety and originality is good, but I'm not sure if this is a little too far.

I guess so, but it's just one character. Anyway, I'm sure that he'll be a fave among pros and he'll be fun to use. He might be difficult, but still fun.

The Devil from Devil World is an Assist Trophy. I was kind of hoping for Tamagon, but oh well...at least he looks interesting. Only issue is a legal one though: Tamagon's trophy was omitted from American Melee because people thought it was satanistic. Wonder why this is fine...

Well, after three somewhat disappointing updates, Peach is confirmed. Not that we didn't know this, but it's still nice. Unfortunately, Toad is essentially confirmed to not be playable.

Nothing wrong with that. Toad doesn't have enough abilities to be a fully playable character.

So? They could have made up moves like they did with every character in the game except Mr. Game & Watch. But anyways, it's not important because he's not in.

Link's special moves up. Bow and Bomb are the same as of yet, but Spin Attack can be charged, Clawshot aims better and Boomerang has a small tornado effect.

Todays update is the subspace army whitch tells us more about the strange creatures. Also shown is a continuation of the last movie.
Two points of interest.
1: Peatey piranha!!!!!!
2: R.O.B.!!!!!!!!

1. As long as Petey Piranha isn't playable in some way. Doesn't Nintendo know we're sick of him?
2. Why are the ROBs always so big in-game? I mean, they're heavyweights.

1. GASP!!! A Petey piranha hater!!!!
Resistance is futile, you will be assimulated.
2. Robots are made of metal, and metal is heavy.

1. Petey's incredibly popular actually.
2. Technically R.O.B.s are made out of plastic.

I use to like him, but now I'm just tired of seeing his face everywhere. I hope he's just a boss and not a playable character. That would make the game too mario-heavy and not give enough credit to the other franchises.

Petey's almost assuredly a boss. Don't worry about Mario too much; all of characters were very important to their storyline that got in Melee. (Other than Dr. Mario, of course) So we most likely won't be seeing many minor characters (i.e. Bowser Jr.) in Brawl. Don't get me wrong, we will have at least one more Mario rep to make it an even five, since Dr. Mario will most likely get replaced. As for who that'll be, I can't say. Maybe Geno, due to his popularity. Or a Goomba, because well, I'm biased. ( I know it won't get in, but I can hope)

Not quite: We also know two of his moves. Peanut Popguns and Rocketbarrel Boost.

We have a double update: Smashville music(who cares about that), and yoshi's final smash.
Yoshi's final smash: Super dragon. Yoshi grows wings and can shoot out fireballs.
The only other option for his final smash was a yoshi stampede, but I like this better.

I like how they added the music as a bonus instead of the update. That way, we get something extra instead of feeling ripped off. I like Yoshi's FS too. Maybe he can pound the ground too, to make it like eating a flashing shell in SMW only stronger.
