I don't know, you would expect to see some minion inside if it wasn't real. The only thing I can see that dosen't add up is the fact that this was only the first castle. But this definately seems a little gruesome for a Mario game.

This game is suppose to appeal to old and new Mario fans, violence was in the original one and most of it retuns in this

I'd watch the video, but I like to keep as much of the game a surprise as possible. This is going to be a great Mario game.

There was like 6 topics in one minute on the video at Nsider. |

I'm going to buy it tomorrow. Tonight I'm going to scramble to finish Super Princess Peach. (I love that game, but I haven't had as much time to play it as I'd like.)

Um, yeah about that whole bowser dying thing...-->(spoilers) He's a skeleton in the last battle. So he really is dead, they weren't being dramatic  How are we gonna explain that? |

Could be that Star power for good guys = Ztar power for bad guys. Gives abilities.

Okay I beat the game 2 days ago and have the answer.
When you challenge Bowser the first time and he falls in the lava, he does die but
SPOILERS
In World 8 at Bowser's Castle, Bowser Jr. revives Bowser by throwing his bones in a Magic Cauldren

I got the game yesterday and I'm already on world 3. I'm really enjoying the mix of old a new they put into this game. From the Yoshi's island-esque sound effect of the red coins and dying pirahna plants, to the SMB3 boss battle music. The wall jump and ground pound are great new additions and I like how the baddies jump when the music hits a loud beat.
