Yoshi's Island. That game has some of the best composed and most fitting music of all in my opinion. The overworld music changing was a neat feature too. This is part of why it's my favorite game of all time and I was somewhat disappointed with Yoshi's Island DS.

I like the dynamicness of Pikmin and Pikmin 2 music. Dose anyone know if they are making a Pikmin3?

Well, all I know is that Miyamoto said Pikmin would fit perfectly on the Wii, so, yes, most likely. But Pikmin isn't the kind of franchise do overdo itself, so it won't be too soon. Expect the game in late 2008 or 2009.
