Literal Console War!

I was thinking, if someone to all the Major Characters(including some 3rd party ones) from the 3 Major Companies(Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft), and they had an all out battle on a deserted, floating Wasteland(to ensure fairness), who would Win? and Why?

More seriously, well, Mario packs quite a punch, and if he brings the Star Rod the battle ends before even starting. Although if Wario farted, the same effect would happen... I'm not really into anything else than the Mario series, so I can't really say something here.

But the obvious question hasn't been answered... who's involved? Unless we know who all the major characters in question are, I can't tell who'd win.

Well as much as I love Nintendo and all, I've got to point out: a lot of video game characters have guns, and I'm pretty sure most Nintendo characters would die fairly quick in a fight involving anyone with a gun...You know, just sayin'

I'd like to point out that most video game characters these days aren't console exclusive.

Besides, console wars are for the 90s. Can't we all just pick what we like and get along?

I seriously doubt Mario would die from Gun wounds, I mean, he IS the same man who can fall in Lava and escape with a mere butt-burn, and he can shoot Fireballs. All perks of being Cartoony But seriously, Koopa Army, Toad Army, BeanBean Army, and Hylian Army, versus the Spartan, and Gears Army. My moneys on Nintendo.

Another problem with a lot of Nintendo characters is the fact that a lot of them tend to have a no-kill policy. I mean, I kind of doubt jumping on someones head would be enough to kill them. The only exceptions to this seem to be Samus, Link and Kirby (eating your enemies usually does cause them to die )

Most of whatever Samus and Link fight are non-human monsters.

Do any of Kirby's enemies really die upon being defeated? They usually just explode in a shower of little stars, and if he swallows them there's no telling where they go.

Jumping on someone's head may well be enough to knock them out, it's not only cartoon styled games and platformers with it as an attack:

The average man is made of two hundred pounds of flesh and bone, give or take, plus clothes and equipment. Having that much weight fall on your head would be able to at least knock out most people

The Koopa Troop outnumbers the Spartans by like, a billion to one(Seriously! Where do they(Koopa Troop) all come from?). And Koopa Shells are harder than rocks. Not to mention Para-Troopa/Goomba(s), and Hammer/Boomerang/Fireball/Snowball Bros. Yeah, and not to forget Boo's, or the Robots from Super Mario Galaxy/2, the Magic Wands from NSMBWii, the Airships/Super Tanks, and, of course, the Koopa Cruiser. Oh, and the Power-Ups outclass guns by a long-shot(Magic beats Physics every time). Plus, I doubt Mario, Luigi, or Wario(possibly Waluigi) would die from a few bullets(plus Wario can take pretty much any amount of pain), I mean, they have survived Bob-Ombs, Bullet/Banzai Bills, and Lava. Yes, they would die eventually, but much, much longer than any other human(Other Mario characters are questionable, considering they are more Realistic). Link has the a countless array of weapons, including the Master Sword(the Blade of Evil's Bane). Not to mention the Zora, Goron, and Magic Armor(and possibly the Mask from MM, assuming he kept them). Samus has weapons as high-tech, if not superior to the Spartans, and she has the Galactic Federation on her side(Whoa!). Ness, Lucas, and other's from EarthBound are Psychic, and Pokemon Trainer's have Pokemon. Oh, and as for 3rd-Party characters I think would side with Nintendo:

1)Sonic the Hedgehog-He can run at the speed of sound, and is capable of performing a "Homing Attack" on nearby enemies, often hitting several consecutively without even touching the ground.

2)The Swordsman(Red Steel 2)-He's a master swordsman, as well as incredibly proficient with a variety of guns(meaning he could use Spartan/Gear guns against them). He can even deflect bullets with his Katana(Impressive, eh?).

3)Travis Touchdown-Travis is a Pro-wrestling buff, with Ninja-like reflexes, a Motorcycle, and a Beam Katana capable of piercing almost anything(Need I say more?).

More seriously, if the villains were also part of the fight, the Mario side would win very fast. Why ? Dimentio is probably the most dangerous villain of all times. Even if he's physically weak, even more weak than Fawful, he wanted to destroy reality itself and had the power to do it. The Shadow Queen can drag people in darkness and absorb them, Smithy has an army and firepower, the Dark Star could destroy the whole Mushroom Kingdom with a hurricane of darkness (but was stopped in time), and Bowser with the Star Rod is basically invincible. And don't even bring the Smash Bros. items in there.

Nintendo would win. Seriously though, aren't bullet bills supposed to be bullets fired from a CANNON. If Mario can dodge that don't you think he could dodge a couple stary sniper shots. And you are also forgettting that Samus has that cloaking sniper from Hunters. Link's arrows would kill the spartains in a few seconds. Kirby could friking eat the bullets and turn into missile Kirby. Pomeon could take a bullet shot without too much damage it would be like a poison attack though. Plus if this fight was based on popularity, then Nintendo would win hands down.
