This is why we made this thread, to figure out witch games are cannon and witch are not. I think we must accept all games as cannon unless there is undeniable proof they are not. Why do you think the mario kart games are not cannon?

Are any of the sports games canon. We might have to say that only certain parts of them are. Because some parts probably wouldn't ever happen, like Bowser and Mario joining up on the same team to beat peach and toad in a bomb-om battle.

I'm sure the Mario charaters tend to stick to there own kind when playing sports games. But that doesn't mean they couldn't happen at all.

I do. I believe they didn't happen, but are actually games about games in the Marioverse.

The biggest obstical to the sports games being cannon is bowser being playable. BUT,bowser teamed up with mario in super mario RPG, mario & luigi superstar saga, and super paper mario. It's not to unbelivable that bowser might play sports with the mario gang.

Baby Bowser has also teamed up with them in the past. Though I'm not so sure it that matters. Maby the mushroom kindom has extra security around for the games. And maby they sighn contracts for temporary truces.

I always assumed the reason Bowser particpated in the sports games is so he can show off how much better he was then Mario at whatever they were playing.

They also have Bowser Jr., Wario, Waluigi, CHARACTERS THAT ARE NOT EVEN FROM THE MARIOVERSE!, an unnamed Koopa, Paratroopa, Dry Bones, and Boo.

Do you mean the final fantacy characters from mario hoops 3-on-3? Well cutlex from super mario rpg is from the final fantacy universe, maybe the characters from Mario Hoops 3-on-3 came into the marioverse the same way.
