Well... that wasn't really the point of my post anyway... the point was that dark boos combining into an atomic dark boo really dosn't help either side of this argument....

Generic? There is only one that shows up, and it's alot stronger that other more common enemies. And it dosn't come back once it's defeated, it, along with the boos that make it up, don't reapeare in that spot in creepy steeple.

Apparently the boos that make up boolossus are very shy, but when they join up to become boolossus all their insecurities dissapeare.

But is boolossus a single boo that can split himself apart? Or many boos that combine to form him. Now that is the question.

Well we know that boos can combine their powsers to make a bigger ghost. And we know that there are big boos too. I'm sure things tend to stay in their natural form more ofthen and sinse boolosus is seperate when you meet it it's probably made up of manny individual boos. Also spliting up for boolosus has negative benifit for boolosus, if it was a single boo it would be better off staying as a single boo.

Alright Boos... lets assume our true form! As you can see, the large Boolossus is his true form... as for "Boos" and "our", that could have been so Luigi thought they were seperate... Also, like I said, he's got a name, the smaller boos haven't, and he appears togethor in his painting...

The Bigger Boo in YI was only one Boo...although he was magically altered, so it probably doesn't count. But the Big Boo in SM64 was definitely just one Boo.
Now about natural form...To get a lump of carbon, you need a whole lot of carbon atoms. No matter how long the lump's been around, it still originated as small, scattered parts. So the lump would be a natural form, but the individual atoms would be the original form. Does this make sense?

Yes. But we are talking about how the seperate boos can be inteligent and survive on their own without the help of the other boos in the group. We need to know what is the smallest inteligent, and independent form a boo can get to. I meen survive and act on it's own without having to be controlled by something else. If there is a boo that can replicate itself perfectly and completly making perfect complete replicas, the replicas would be a whole nother boo.

Also, like I said, he's got a name, the smaller boos haven't, and he appears togethor in his painting... True form as in true fighting form. Like I said, they were probably specialy trained boos, specialy trained to combine. If they were origanaly a single boo, what would be the point of separating. I guess it might help to better hide themselves but separating during the fight has no advantage and probably wouldn't happen if it had been a single boo.

Yea. They trained so much in combined form that their individual powers haven't gotten any attention and they don't really pose much of a threat unless their in their combined form.
