I don't see any reason not to accept them as canon.

The sports games shouldn't be canon because there would be several golf courses and several race tracks in front of Peaches castle at the same time. This would conflict with the geography of the Paper Mario version of the Mushroom Kingdom. Bowser is participating which makes no sense. Same with Wario. And they're STILL participating even though Bowser has tried to take over many times between the games. There's a baby Luigi and baby Mario which is complete BS.

There's a baby Luigi and baby Mario which is complete ********. Until Partners In Time comes along, that is. That's going to be a canon nightmare.

I think they have a time machine in it. That helps but still seems iffy.

Yeah, Partners In Time is gonna wreak havoc in these forums. But we'll stick through it.

Well, as yall should know I like to have as much science as possible. None of this magic malarky. Yet a time machine might be plausible.

All you have to do is work in Relativity Theory and the speed of light and you've got a plausible time travel argument. But you can't completely ignore the magic aspect of the marioverse. After all, that's what it was founded on.

I was reading that time travel is possible via a wormhole from the point that one builds the time machine. For example, if I built a time machine right now, I could travel into the future and then back to the point in the past where I had used the time machine. I couldn't travel back to pre-time machine time. I don't know if this makes any sense or not, but it sounded good to me. We've discussed this many times, but as long as you say that the racetracks and tennis courts were torn down and replaced (possibly magically) with other things between the games, it all works out. As for Bowser, apply Kamikaze's excellent theory on the subject for that.

Well, I can't really argue. After all, we can't say that they constantly built golf courses and racetracks over and over again, but then go and say that building multiple castles is illogical. Perhaps having multiple castles was even a trick used in order to fool Bowser. After all, he's trying to screw with them so often it only makes sense to have decoys.

Either way, then, the sports games aren't all that improbable. I don't see why we shouldn't include them.

I once said those castles where used in a war on the edge of the Mushroom Kingdom which are probably now abandoned.
It would make sense to make a big hollow castle, kinda like mini golf.
EXTREME MINI GOLF WIH CHAIN CHOMPS AND FIREBALLS AND BOTTOMLESS PITS OF DOOM!!!!

Yeah, but not in a Mini-Golf mode. I just don't think that they had the same effect as being in a normal course.
