The one in Mario Luigi SSS, it was like the 4000 except with a jet and it could fly. I think it was called the 4000 also, there probably both the same thing, only in Mario Kark it had been modified to fit MKMK regulation standards.

The one in SSS was called the Super Poltergust 2001.

Ah ok. Strange then how the 2001 seems more advanced than the 4000. Maybe the 4000 has better sucking ability or something.... :/ r maybe the super part has...um..meens something...... >_>

Maybe E. Gadd was being absentminded when he did the numbering for those two, or maybe he got the two numbers mixed up and never really noticed. He did invent them, after all - it's not always easy to spot errors with your own work.

Maybe we haven't seen 4000's real potential yet. The kart could have been simply a form of the machine.

Bumping the topic, but here's one practical use for FLUDD components... see the water shooters in Super Mario Galaxy and Galaxy 2. Basically, E Gadd a military contractor? www.mariowiki.com/images/b/bd/Wsm.JPG

E. Gadd didn't make those though

I don't see it as "E. Gadd didn't make those though", I see it as "More Evidence to support my Galaxies are from ME Theory", so if E. Gadd did make them, more Power to me!

But he didn't make them, there is no E. Gadd logo on them

Neither does F.L.U.D.D, or the Poltergust 3000.

The one scene that showed the existence of the E. Gadd symbols showed it on FLUDD. As for the Polturgust 3000 you could never see it close enough (plus the E. Gadd tradmark picture didn't exist in LM)

There was a scene in SMS that showed the E. Gadd logo on the Magic Paintbrush and FLUDD

I'll look for it, but even so, part of the Nozzles in SMG2 are underground, so maybe they are all Connected to a big Machine that pumps water from the Ocean!

If I recall well, the "nozzles" in SMG and SMG2 are made by Gizmos, or at least controlled by them. Really, it's more a tribute than anything else. And you also see E. Gadd's logo in MLSS, I think.

@ EpicGyllynn
King Koopa's right. I know all the cutscenes in Super Mario Sunshine by heart, it's the one where you beat the first mission in Pinna Park.
Mecha-Bowser Appears!, I think it was called.

Yeah it was the most memorable cutscene in SMS, Shadow Mario reveals himself to be Bowser Jr.

But they could still have been Invented by Gadd! If Starshine Beach is from Isle Delfino(Which I think it Is) then maybe after SMS, they got a hold of E. Gadd so he could ship them some similar Tech, for Emergency Situations, of course!
